Definition
A brand partnership negotiation framework developed by Roberto Blake consisting of four components: Deliverables (what content the creator will produce), Exclusivity (restrictions on working with competing brands), Ambassador/Amplification (ongoing relationship or promotion beyond a single post), and Licensing (the brand's rights to use the creator's content). The DEAL Framework helps creators structure fair and comprehensive brand deal agreements.
