Definition

An information box that appears in Google Search results, typically on the right side of the page, displaying structured information about a person, organization, place, or concept. Knowledge Panels are generated from Google's Knowledge Graph and are a key indicator of institutional authority and brand recognition. Creators can claim and influence their Knowledge Panel through structured data, Wikipedia presence, and consistent online attribution.
