Perfectionism

The tendency to delay publishing, shipping, or launching because the work does not yet meet an internal standard of quality. In the creator economy, perfectionism is one of the most common and most damaging forms of self-sabotage. The creator who publishes consistently at 80% quality will always outperform the creator who publishes occasionally at 100% quality, because consistency compounds and perfection is a moving target. Done is better than perfect — not because quality does not matter, but because no one can benefit from content that was never published.
