Platform Terms of Service

The legal agreement between a creator and a platform that governs what content is allowed, how revenue is shared, who owns the content, and what actions can result in account termination. Most creators never read the Terms of Service, which is a significant business risk. Platform ToS can change at any time, often with minimal notice, and by continuing to use the platform after a change, creators are legally agreeing to the new terms.
