Talent Manager

Also known as:Creator ManagerInfluencer Manager

Definition

A professional who represents creators in business negotiations, brand deal sourcing, and career strategy — typically in exchange for a percentage of the creator's earnings (commonly 10–20%). Talent managers are most valuable for creators who have grown to the point where managing brand relationships is consuming significant time, or who want access to higher-tier brand opportunities that require industry relationships. Creators should carefully evaluate the terms of any management agreement, particularly the commission rate, contract length, and post-termination clauses.
